POLICIES & CONDITIONS

1. The booking is applicable for the date of booking only. the booking cannot be changed/transferred to another day or compensated in any circumstance.
2. All Area Ticket is suitable for kid height above 120 cm. Kid height below is allowed to use this ticket as well but can participate in fewer activities according to the safety policy.
3. Kid Zone Ticket is suitable for kid height below 120 cm. Some activities are limited for kids with height less than 120 cm.
4. This ticket does not include BEAT Active Grip Socks: 70 THB per pair. BEAT Active Grip Socks are mandatory for trampoline activity.
5. Expectant mothers, individuals with heart conditions or abnormal blood pressure, medical sensitivity, and physical conditions of the back and neck are responsible for their own health safety.
6. Customers are required to sign the waiver form of assumption of liability and waiver terms at the BEAT Active counter before check-in. Guardians of kids aged below 18 must complete the form for them.
7. Kids under 8 years old must be accompanied by a responsible adult (aged 18 years and above) at all times. The guardian must purchase an extra ticket (either Kid Zone Ticket or All Area Ticket).
8. We recommend wearing athletic wear or a gym outfit for optimum fun and comfort. Covered sports shoes are required for the climbing zone and skate zone.
9. Clients shall keep completely confidential any and all information obtained under or by virtue of this agreement and shall not use it for any purpose without the prior written authorization of BEAT Active.
