HOUSE RULES

1. Waiver form (link) must be completed before entering.
2. Arrive 15–30 minutes early for more playtime.
3. Tickets and wristbands are non-refundable, non-transferable and not for resale.
4. Kids under 8, by birth date, needs to be accompanied by a parent/guardian. Parents are required to supervise their own kids at all times.
5. BEAT Active full grip socks are compulsory for safe play.
6. Height and weight limits apply for all activity stations, please observe before use.
7. Use of all BEAT Active activity stations is at guests’ own risk.
8. BEAT Active is not responsible for any accidental injury sustained during play.
9. Guests are required to pay for damages caused through misuse.
10. No outside food and drinks are allowed, except baby formula.
11. No smoking, drugs are allowed.
12. Failure to comply with house rules may lead to expulsion.
